These past few weeks haven’t been easy ones for me. My father passed away on the 16th of September (hence no issue last week) and it happened very suddenly making it harder to come to terms with it all. Amidst all the sadness, however, football remained an escape, the opportunity to put everything on pause for 90 minutes whilst I watched the game. But, ultimately, a game is all that it is. Something I will do my utmost to keep in mind.
The Social Media star taking the Regionalliga by storm
Typically, I’d assume that few people would have heard of individual players in German regional leagues but Nader El-Jindaoui is different. For he is famous beyond football, boasting over a million followers on Instagram and almost as many subscribers to his Youtube challenge. Beyond online fame, however, his early season form for Berliner AK has been spectacular and he has become the star of the team in more ways than one.

The 32-year-old signed by a Premier League club to play for the Under-23s
When you’re playing in League Two and a Premiership side makes a move for you, it is easy to feel that you’re about to make the big jump. Uh Oh, Erling Haaland Might’ve Learned How to Play Soccer
If there’s one player in the world who I’d love to see my team sign, then that’s Erling Haaland. And, on top of that, it seems that he’s now improving other aspects to his game to become an even more complete player.

Last Issue’s Most Read
It is hard to find fault with a player who scored 81 times over three seasons but fact that many at Juventus were glad to see the back of Cristiano Ronaldo does raise the question as to whether their investment in him was justified. Having been signed to help them win the Champions League, he left having failed in that and with the club having lost €300 million during his time in Turin.
