Cultured Football's Gift Guide 2025: Football Art in Print
A celebration of football’s creative side
Every week I get to share the best football writing I can find, but December always feels a little different, and it feels like the right moment to do something extra. So, just like last year, I’m putting together a small gift guide; simply a collection of things I genuinely like, would happily receive myself.
Today I’m turning to the kind of football pieces that feel closer to art; objects that carry memories, design, and a sense of the game’s deeper beauty. These aren’t traditional souvenirs. They’re something more thoughtful. Think of this as a small celebration of football’s creative side: the images and objects that sit on your desk or wall and make you pause, smile, and remember why you fell in love with the game.
And, as always, it’s a way of saying thank you for being part of Cultured Football throughout the year.
Maradona Tactics Notebook
Lower Block x Tony Davis
There’s something about this notebook that feels special. An A5 book with 200 lined pages and a soft-touch cover featuring an iconic photo of Maradona. I love the idea of using it to jot down match notes, ideas, or even the occasional sketch of a formation. It’s simple, personal, and the kind of small football treasure I always enjoy having on my desk.
UEFA Champions League Final print | PSG 5 - 0 Inter Milan
From 12 Yards art & print shop
From 12 Yards is run by a team of creatives who illustrate the beautiful game — turning epic moments, matchday memories and iconic gear into stylish prints, shirts and pins. Their work taps into football’s soul: the boots that defined whole generations, legendary goals, stadiums and club histories all recast as art. With apologies to my Inter supporting friends and subscribers, this poster from the Champions League final looks really cool and unlike anything I’ve seen before.
Napoli Postcards
Napoli × Danny Last Postcards
These Napoli-themed postcards from Danny Last feel like little snapshots of football history and art. Each card carries the atmosphere of the club - in colour, mood, and memory - and works whether you pin it to a wall, slip it into a desk drawer, or send it off to a fellow fan. It is wonderful how such a small thing can still evoke so many emotions.
Photo Curva 2026 Calendar
This 2026 calendar brings together twelve of Photo Curva’s best ultras and groundhopping images from the past year, all in a clean 20×30 cm wall format. Simple, evocative and a thoughtful gift for anyone. And way, WAY more appealing than the boring calendars that clubs tend to churn out each year.
The Evolution of Football Art Print
The Blizzard x The Goal Hanger
This art print offers a full-blown timeline of football’s evolution from its early “kick and rush” roots to today’s modern tactical era. Quietly elegant and richly detailed, it makes for a perfect wall-piece for anyone who loves the history and shifting styles of the game.
Disclaimer: we don’t earn anything from any of the links or purchases in this guide, and we haven’t personally tried every single item included. These are simply things we genuinely like the look of and wanted to share. As always, treat this as a starting point: explore, compare, and do your own research to make sure they’re right for you.
Each week on Cultured Football we pick the five football stories from the previous seven days that we most enjoyed reading. If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, you’re in the right place!

The Napoli postcards and the evolution of football print are a thing of beauty.
